Whitney is a Master of Environmental Management student in the School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. At CBEY, she co-leads the Corporate Water Risk and Strategy Workshop and helps coordinate the Carbon Pricing Webinar Series. Whitney is focusing on water resource science and management and is generally interested in water risk and impacts related to energy, agriculture, and corporate practices. She is also interested in the role for markets and payment schemes to promote responsible and equitable resource management. Before Yale, Whitney worked as an Analyst within the Energy, Environment, and Network Industries sector of NERA Economic Consulting supporting the design and implementation of auctions and markets for energy and environmental commodities. This past summer, she worked as a GLOBE intern with The Nature Conservancy’s Corporate Engagement and Global Water Teams. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated magna cum laude.
