Shivansh Chaturvedi

Shivansh (Shiv) is an MBA/Master of Forestry candidate with an interest in forest conservation finance, carbon removal, agriculture, and climate science.

Shiv serves as Den Parent of the YSE-SOM Joint Degree community, is a member of YSE's Forestry Club, and is a leader of SOM's WiLD (Wilderness Leadership Development) and Food, Ag & Bev clubs. His graduate school internships were at the Boston Consulting Group and on Microsoft's Carbon Removal Team; before Yale, he worked as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, with a focus on the power & utilities industry.

He holds a dual degree in Economics and Business Administration from Boston University and a master's in Quantitative Methods & Data Science from Columbia University. He enjoys hiking (especially in the winters), building terrariums, and learning cool facts about plants & animals.
