Lauren D'Souza

Lauren D’Souza is a joint degree candidate at the Yale School of Management and Yale School of the Environment, where she seeks to learn about innovative, market-based, and equitable solutions to drive the transition toward a more sustainable food system.
Prior to Yale, Lauren was an Associate at RRG Capital Management (RRGCM), a private equity firm that manages agriculture, water, and renewable energy investments in the U.S. and abroad. She supported RRGCM’s unique fund-level partnerships with The Nature Conservancy and WWF Impact, which sought to test impact investing mechanisms that incentivize the achievement of meaningful conservation, climate, and social outcomes.
Lauren graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Government & History. In her free time, she can be found playing word puzzles, reading horror novels, and volunteering at dog rescues.
