Farhan Bader

Farhan is a second-year MBA candidate. He is interested in addressing climate change challenges and exploring diverse decarbonization strategies within the private sector. Before Yale SOM, Farhan gained experience by working at a start-up in a strategy finance role. Prior to working at Vroom, he worked at Lincoln International as an investment banking analyst focusing on technology. Most recently, Farhan interned as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman over the summer of 2023, collaborating closely with private equity clients. In the long-term, Farhan wants to contribute to the implementation of effective climate solution strategies in the corporate sector. In his role as one of the Coordinators of the Climate Innovation Intensive, Farhan aims to unite students from various disciplines within the Yale community for collaborative discussions centered on climate innovation. Farhan graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, running, reading, and eating flavorful food.
