Cass Walker Harvey
Cass Walker Harvey is a strategy and innovation consultant and coach. Cass has spent her career building inclusive innovation organizations and ecosystems in the USA, Latin America, and the UK.
Most recently, Cass led the expansion of First Southwest Community Fund as Executive Director– a nonprofit providing inclusive access to capital for rural Colorado businesses, scaling the program from $5million to $20million. Cass also co-led the launch of the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale as Managing Director where her role included strategy and programming for entrepreneurship and inclusive innovation at Yale, advising start-ups, and business development in the areas of environment, sustainability, health, education, and social justice.
Cass has built strategic plans for multiple nonprofits, education entities and for-profits. She has coached and mentored hundreds of individuals and businesses on leadership, strategy and growth. Cass has a Masters in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is currently a Resident Fellow at Yale Center for Business and the Environment and Senior Advisor at Time4Good LLC.
