Violet Low-Beinart

Violet Low-Beinart is a Master of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment, focusing on the intersection of sustainable agricultural systems, land use, and nature-based solutions. At Yale she is a senior associate with The Forests Dialogue, a research associate with the Regenerative Agriculture Initiative, and a leader for the Food and Agriculture Student Group. Her capstone research focuses on local consultation regarding silvopastoral system implementation in Rwanda’s Congo- Nile Divide.

After finishing her undergraduate degree at Middlebury College, Violet worked in strategy at Aleph Farms, a lab-grown meat company, and at Deloitte’s Federal consulting practice working with the USDA SNAP Program as well as the Gates Foundation to incentivize the private sector to overcome market barriers for smallholders.
