Stephen Early

Stephen (he/him/any) received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Certification in Energy Studies from Yale. He is currently focused on sustainable design as a Dean's Merit Scholar and GEM Fellow in the M. Arch I Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and recently joined the Climate Leaders Program at Harvard and the Council of Student Sustainability Leaders.

Throughout his academic and professional career thus far, he has worked on sustainable frameworks and metrics for climate goals, carbon capture and novel material applications, the water-energy nexus, and climate/design justice, including a recent project supported by ARPA-E of the Department of Energy.

In his free time he writes and speaks about climate and ecology, and builds zero waste furniture.
