Stephen has focused on sustainable design as a Merit Scholar in the Master of Architecture Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He also currently works as a GEM research fellow at Georgia Tech Research Institute (focusing on human occupancy effects on energy performance of energy efficient buildings), and alongside the Harvard Radcliffe Institute and Arboretum (on designing communication and media exploring climate impacts on forest resilience). In his free time he writes and listens to music, gardens, and writes about climate, mental health, and ecology.
