Sofía is a joint MBA and Master of Environmental Management student focused on the advancement of the circular economy. She is interested in the design of sustainable systems and how finance can galvanize circular innovations.

Sofía most recently served as an Impact Capital Managers Mosaic Fellow, hosted by Closed Loop Partner’s venture capital team. She interned on Etsy’s Impact & Sustainability team the prior year, researching circular packaging solutions.

Before graduate school, she worked as a strategy consultant with EY-Parthenon, advising dozens of clients on growth strategy and commercial due diligence. On campus, Sofía co-leads the Climate deal team of the Meng Impact Investment Fund. She also volunteers as a grant reader with the New England Grassroots Fund, which funds environmental projects in the region.

Sofía graduated from Yale College with a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. In her spare time, she enjoys Latin dance (especially salsa and Argentine tango), vegetarian cooking, and hiking with her dog
