Rachael Lubitz headshot

Rachael is an MBA student at the Yale School of Management and Coordinator for the Pathways Program at CBEY. Originally from New York City, she graduated from Columbia University with degrees in Sustainable Development and Psychology. After graduation, Rachael moved to Tel Aviv, Israel, to work at a government consulting startup where she explored an interest in international policy. Upon moving back to the U.S. she spent 5 years at Palantir Technologies, a technology company focused on delivering data integration solutions to both public and private sector clients.

At Yale, Rachael is blending her interest in the environment with her years of experience in the technology sector, pursuing ways to bring technological innovation to the climate and energy spaces. She is a leader of the Business & Environment Club at SOM, an active member of the Technology Club, Women in Business community, and Ice Hockey club.
