Profile

Oliver is pursuing a Master of Environmental Management at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. He is interested in clean energy policy and markets and the role that renewable energy can play in decarbonization strategies. 

Prior to Yale, he spent three years at the Energy Foundation, a philanthropic organization that funds nonprofit advocacy groups working to advance clean energy policies throughout the U.S. While there he provided strategic and programmatic support for several initiatives, including programs around strengthening energy efficiency and reforming utility business models to incentivize clean energy. 

At CBEY, Oliver is part of the Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance and the Clean Energy Finance Forum. He received his undergraduate degree in History with a minor in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley. He is originally from Menlo Park, CA.
