Momoko is a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate at Yale, specializing in CO2 utilization and biomass valorization. She is interested in molecular designs of biodegradable polymers to replace conventionally-used plastics. Her main dissertation work is on converting CO2 into value-added platform chemicals using thermal, electro- and flow chemistry. She is the first VC fellow of SNØCAP, a fund that specializes in early-stage decarbonization technologies. Currently, she serves as a Director of Partnerships in Nucleate (New Haven) and also in StrOps of Nucleate Eco (Boston).
