Lauren Rogge

Lauren is a Senior Manager in EY's Climate Change and Sustainability team based in New York. She works closely with companies to improve their ESG performance – particularly in the areas of human rights, climate change and ethics - through better risk management, strategy, stakeholder engagement, supply chain programs and meaningful disclosure.

Lauren has a breadth of experience consulting in Australia, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, providing climate change and sustainability and supply chain and operations services. Lauren has worked in a number of industry groups including pharmaceutical, health, manufacturing, financial services, media, retail and property sectors. Most recently, she supported COSO and the WBCSD to develop guidance for companies to integration ESG into their risk management practices (Applying enterprise risk management to environmental, social and governance-related risks). She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney (Honors). She is admitted as a solicitor in NSW, Australia.
