Jen Adachi

Jen is a joint masters degree student at the Yale School of the Environment (YSE) and Yale School of Management (SOM) focusing on circularity and corporate sustainability. At CBEY, Jen serves as a producer for Beyond the Buzzwords, a multimedia project that helps break down complex sustainability concepts for the Yale community and the public.

Before coming to Yale, Jen worked in corporate sustainability at Recology, a leading recycling, composting, and resource recovery company based in California. Her work focused on sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, employee engagement, and green purchasing initiatives.

Jen is from the San Francisco Bay Area and holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
