Jane Accomando is a partner at Morgan Lewis. She represents nuclear electric utilities in civil litigation matters and government and internal investigations. She also provides nuclear regulatory and licensing advice to advanced reactor startups, as well as to domestic and international nuclear companies with operating power reactors, carbon-free sources of energy.

Jane represents nuclear industry clients in connection with investigations conducted by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC’s) Office of Investigations and in NRC Early ADR proceedings. She leads confidential internal investigations into allegations of wrongdoing related to nuclear safety, including investigations into allegations referred to licensees by the NRC. Jane also represents clients in connection with Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigations into alleged retaliation against employees for raising nuclear safety concerns, and before the US Department of Labor in nuclear whistleblower proceedings.

She has both a B.S. and M.S. in nuclear engineering. She attended Yale Law School.
