Guy Van Syckle joined Hannon Armstrong in 2012 and is currently a Manager on the public sector team. He has helped Hannon Armstrong fund over $4 billion dollars in energy efficiency, wind, and solar projects and also works to advance Hannon Armstrong’s securitization platform, which has been placing green securities with institutional investors for over 15 years. Guy has also led Hannon Armstrong’s sustainability reporting efforts, implementing a methodology, known as CarbonCount, which evaluates the environmental impact of all Hannon Armstrong investments. Guy graduated with Honors with a B.A. in Global Environmental Change and Sustainability from Johns Hopkins University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst
