Emma Polinsky

Emma (she/her) is an Environmental Studies major at Yale College, pursuing certificates in Spanish and Energy Studies. She is particularly interested in environmental justice, youth-centered activism, and legal frameworks/environmental policy. This past year, she attended COP28 in Dubai as a partner of the Southern Environmental Law Center. She has also been named an Aspen Future Climate Leader. Emma is excited to be working at NOAA as an intern for the summer of 2024.

At CBEY, Emma works as a Communications Assistant. Her work consists of social media, website management, and working alongside some amazing women!

In her free time, Emma volunteers at the New Haven Climate Movement and works in the Branford College Office as an aide. Emma is the Co-President of the Yale Student Environmental Coalition and has served on the executive boards of the Yale College Democrats and Common Closet at Yale. 

Emma is from Saint Petersburg, Florida.
