Chris Jedd

Chris Jedd is responsible for the primary oversight of Denver Housing Authority’s energy management programs including; demand side reduction, renewable energy, and measurement and verification.  Chris’s recent projects include an $11 million self-performed energy performance contract and a 2.5 Megawatt power purchase agreement (PPA) installed throughout DHA’s portfolio.  In addition Mr. Jedd consults Public Housing Authorities across the country equating to over $25 million of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.  Prior to joining DHA, Chris gained experience in sustainability and real estate including the development of over $50 million of multi-family properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and the Western U.S.  Chris has a M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Denver and is LEED AP BD+C certified.
