Charlotte is the Director of Community Engagement at Dimension Renewable Energy, a community solar developer. 

She focused her studies at SOM on how to drive an equitable clean energy transition. In service of this goal, she worked with Indigenized Energy on a new model for financing tribal clean energy projects; researched climate policy and philanthropy for the Honnold Foundation; and improved troubleshooting and customer service processes for the home charging unit of Rivian.

Before business school, she built funding programs and partnerships for Acumen, a nonprofit global venture fund. She started her career as a journalist and teacher in South Texas, where she taught and was taught by 240 bilingual fourth graders. She loves bringing people together over homecooked meals and is happiest on a trail or in the ocean.
