Berkana McDowell

My areas of interest include the intersection of industrial ecology and environmental justice, strategic environmental communications and corporate sustainability. I currently am the manager for Yale’s Program of Climate Change Communications social media team, a lead for the industrial ecology and green chemistry learning community, and a contributor to the interdisciplinary cooling mural project in planetary solutions. I graduated from Chapman University with my Bachelor of Science of Environmental Science and Policy, Bachelor of Art of Peace Studies, and a minor in Visual Arts. My hobbies include painting, hiking, and dancing. I am from Hawaii that informs all of my passions, interests, and career goals!
