Anelise is a Master of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment. At CBEY, she is an advisor for the Climate Change Solutions Generator.

Anelise is interested in international climate policy and nature-based solutions, particularly in coastal regions. During the summer of 2020, she worked with Mālama Maunalua and the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology to develop the site selection process for a climate-resilient coral reef restoration project off the coast of Oahu, Hawaii.

Prior to attending Yale, she worked as a Park Ranger in Alaska, completed a Fulbright grant in Malaysian Borneo, and managed the environmental programs of Ocean Beauty Seafoods. She has also worked alongside rural fishing and farming communities in Guatemala, where she assisted with wildlife conservation, economic development, and climate adaptation. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and spending time in nature. Anelise grew up on the island of Kodiak, Alaska and holds a BA in Environmental Science from Willamette University.
