Alice Ruqiao Mao

Alice Ruqiao Mao is a Master of Business Administration candidate at the Yale School of Management (SOM). Prior to joining SOM, Alice worked within the Strategy group at KPMG. Her previous work has involved collaborating on an ESG strategy for a chocolate company with a specific focus on the sustainable sourcing of cacao, touching on topics such as deforestation, child labor, and poverty. 

After the MBA, she aspires to continue helping businesses and organizations develop climate solutions that are not only effective in addressing the urgent challenges of climate change and its far-reaching effects today but also built to endure for the long term. Alice also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California.
