Aditi Srivastava
Aditi Srivastava is currently working at the United Nations Environment Program - Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), where she contributes to the development of climate adaptation strategies for banking operations and promotes responsible banking practices. Her work spans across multiple teams, focusing on sustainability, nature positive finance, climate resilience, and the integration of public policy into financial frameworks.
Aditi graduated from the Yale School of Management, where she pursued a Master of Advanced Management with a focus on sustainable finance. During her time at Yale, she was selected as the Commencement Speaker and actively contributed to various initiatives, including consulting for UNIDO on climate adaptation in Least Developed Countries. She also served as a Student Program Associate at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment (CBEY), where she worked on conservation finance content and collaborated with the Conservation Finance Network.
With a robust background in corporate and investment banking, including previous roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of Baroda, Aditi’s career reflects her passion for driving sustainable finance and aligning global financial systems with environmental goals.
