Monica Charletta

Monica is a joint degree candidate at the Yale School of Management and School of the Environment, where she is focusing on driving a transition towards a more regenerative and equitable food system.
Prior to Yale, Monica was a senior consultant on Monitor Deloitte's ESG strategy team. Through her work, Monica helped restaurant and food processing companies build resilient supply chains by developing sustainability initiatives and investments in partnership with farmers.
Monica graduated from Rice University with a degree in Environmental Science and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. In her free time, she can be found hiking and volunteering at urban farms.
