Laura Tamjarv

Laura is a third year MBA and Master of Environmental Management candidate passionate about creating businesses with a social and environmental purpose. At Yale, she focuses her studies on renewable energy and environmental entrepreneurship. Laura spent her most recent summer at Innosight, a Boston-based innovation and growth strategy consulting firm. She spent summer 2017 and the following academic year working for Tesla where she was involved in manufacturing technology development for the company's energy and automotive products. Prior to Yale, Laura worked as an Analyst for HSBC Global Banking and Markets London at the company’s research and technology divisions. She also interned for the Estonian Renewable Energy Association to help Estonia shift 100% of its electricity production to renewable energy sources. Laura is from Tallinn, Estonia and graduated from University College London with a BSc in Economics and Geography.
