Startup Funding Coordinator
CBEY is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team in organizing and running grants and prizes aimed at securing non-dilutive startup funding for climate-related innovations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of business, environment, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating prize competitions, including logistics, participant communications, and event promotion.
- Support the evaluation process by organizing submission materials, scheduling judging sessions, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional content across various platforms.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, analyzing outcomes, and preparing reports.
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student at Yale University.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management tools.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and innovation.
