Wendy Simon-Pearson

Wendy Simon-Pearson is General Counsel for Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation, an advanced nuclear startup company based in Seattle, Washington. She is a specialist in International Energy Law and arbitration and received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the United States Nuclear Industry Council, she recently led the negotiations to form USNC’s Joint Venture with Ontario Power Generation to build USNC’s first demonstration reactor at the Chalk River Laboratories in Ontario, Canada.
