Tsvetan is currently an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Kansas. Previously, he was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut, Storrs. His research focuses on environmental and resource economics, energy economics, applied microeconomics, climate change economics, and behavioral economics. He also holds an M.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics and German Studies from Vassar College.
