Trent Cummings

Trent is the Online Programs Delivery Associate at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment. In this capacity, he manages the online courses delivery process in collaboration with the Online Programs Delivery Manager, faculty, staff, and teaching assistants to create and promote a rewarding and enriching experience for a diverse group of clean energy professionals.

Prior to joining CBEY, Trent worked with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, where he established and maintained enduring relationships between Academies staff and a global network of Board members, consultants, government officials, and academics. Concurrently, he assisted with the development and implementation of a community composting initiative called Compost Cab, successfully diverting hundreds of tons of food waste from Washington, DC area landfills. Previously, he enjoyed interning with the Business Network for Offshore Wind, where he covered the completion of the Deepwater Wind project.

Outside of the CBEY ecosystem, Trent enjoys cycling, photography, and forever attempting to brew the perfect cup of coffee.
