Tobin Gedstad

Tobin is a joint MBA/MEM student interested in accelerating the deployment of clean, firm, affordable power.

Before coming to Yale, Tobin was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 renewables, utilities, and industrials clients. His work covered utility scale solar, electric grid planning, and growth strategy among other topics. He was also a Bain extern at The Nature Conservancy, where he led the development of large-scale reforestation projects.

Originally from Brookline Massachusetts, Tobin graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Computer Science and Sustainable Energy. 

In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching soccer, running, reading, urbanism, and traveling with friends and family.
