Tim Bialecki

Tim graduated the Master’s of Environmental Management program at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies focusing on state and federal energy and climate policy. Before FES, he spent nearly five years working on federal energy and environmental policy in Washington DC, first in the U.S. Senate for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and then at political consulting firm Signal Group. More recently, Tim has been working with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) helping to coordinate the state’s first large-scale procurement of offshore wind.
