Swetha Rakhecha

Swetha is a Master of Asset Management candidate at the Yale School of Management. A runner-up at the 2024-25 Turner Impact Portfolio Challenge, she is interested in ESG research, impact-driven portfolio construction, and climate finance.

Prior to Yale, she worked for 4 years doing equity research and developed the firm’s internal ESG framework, integrating SASB materiality into the investment process. Before that she was at Deloitte Australia in their specialist advisory team.

At Yale, she is further exploring sustainable investments across asset classes, leveraging her experience in the capital markets. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. Outside of work, she enjoys science fiction, yoga and badminton.
