Sophie Tyack

Sophie Tyack is a program manager focusing on energy risk modeling on Microsoft’s energy team. Her studies at Yale focused on a combination of business, energy, and data science which prepared her well for the complexities of modeling a huge and diverse portfolio of data centers and renewable energy projects at Microsoft.

Prior to Yale, Sophie worked as a research analyst at an environmental consulting firm in Boston where her work ranged from natural resource damage assessment cases to nonmarket valuation of Saguaro cacti for the National Park Service. In her free time she enjoys getting out and about and enjoying the natural beauty of her new home in the PNW!
