Sharada is currently a Developer of Forest Carbon Projects at Bluesource LLC. As a forest carbon specialist, she is part of Bluesource's forest and land use carbon team in theSan Francisco office. She manages the project development and monitoring for voluntary andcompliance forest carbon projects across the United States.
Sharada gradauted with a Masters of Environmental Management from Yale FES in 2018. Her focus at Yale was improved carbon sequestration and sustainable management of farmland and agroforestry through geospatial technology.
Prior to Yale, Sharada worked on the development of India's first zero-pesticide farming standards and protocols for 5500 farms across 11 states in India. She was also responsible for establishing and growing the sustainable foods and farming division in a for-profit social business working with farmers in the states of Harayana and Punjab in India.
Sharada is passionate about Argentine Tango, gardening, the outdoors and learning through collaboration with like-minded academics and professionals
