Shannon Pressler

Shannon graduated with a Masters specializing in Energy and the Environment. She served as an AmeriCorps Fellow with the City of San Luis Obispo, CA developing and implementing a strategic community-wide carbon neutrality plan for two years before entering the program. At YSE, she enjoyed exploring the clean energy sector as a vehicle for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, transforming the global economy, and making communities safer, healthier, and more equitable.  Outside of the classroom, Shannon was a co-leader of Yale Environmental Women and was the student coordinator for the Center for Business and the Environment’s Blueprint for Clean Energy Webinar Series.
