Sanjana Pimoli

Sanjana is a first-year MEM student at the Yale School of the Environment, pursuing a dual specialization in Industrial Ecology and Green Chemistry, and Climate Change Science and Solutions. She is skilled in enabling collaboration and scaling new solutions to create a sustainable and equitable fashion industry.

Sanjana worked in the Communications and Sustainability Innovation vertical for India's largest apparel manufacturer, Shahi Exports. She has also managed multi-stakeholder projects in renewable energy, alternative materials, processing, circular economy, agriculture, and legislation. Sanjana is a trained economist with a multi-dimensional lens of environmental policy, human design thinking, and just transition with a North Star to contribute to a net-zero fashion industry.
