Ruojuan Yu is a business, engineering, and sustainability strategist. She is a recent graduate of the Yale School of Management (Class of 2020) working at Kearney as a Management Consultant. At Yale, Ruojuan focused on how to incorporate environmental and sustainability practices into a company’s business strategy, as well as exploring the field of impact investing related to ESG. She was also selected as a 2020 EDF Climate Corps Fellow to craft a proactive energy management framework for Grocery Outlet.

Prior to time at Yale, Ruojuan worked in multiple disciplines at Occidental Petroleum (OXY), a Fortune 500 organization, including drilling operations, reservoir engineering, project management, and business planning. She completed her undergraduate education in Chemical Engineering at the University of Southern California. Ruojuan’s interests and expertise lie in business strategy, engineering, energy and sustainability, women in STEM, children’s welfare, and China-U.S. relations. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, learning new languages and cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
