North Lennox

In 2015, North started Greenbanc LLC to catalyze investments in residential energy efficiency and electrification by providing asset-based energy labels. Greenbanc won the InspireSpace contest by Green Mountain Power. In 2016-2017, Greenbanc was the leading provider of Home Energy Scores in Vermont. In 2017, Greenbanc moved to Berkeley, California, and became the leading provider of Home Energy Scores in California.

After encountering several challenges to scaling the Home Energy Score program and achieving electrification of single family homes, he attended a clean energy hackathon called Suncode 2019 with the concept for Electricasa. Electricasa was awarded a prize at Suncode, and he met a UX designer and full stack developer. He has a BA from Amherst College, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Clean Energy from New York University.
