Noah is a third-year joint-degree student at the Yale School of Management and the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, where he is exploring how innovative financial and policy models can accelerate the deployment of low-carbon infrastructure.

Noah most recently worked as a summer associate at Spring Lane Capital, a clean-tech private equity fund that finances pools of distributed sustainable infrastructure projects. Prior to coming to Yale, Noah worked at Sungage Financial, a start-up based out of Boston that provides financing solutions to residential solar installers across the U.S. From 2016 to 2018, Noah lived in Beijing, where he served as a consultant for WWF and a Princeton-in-Asia Fellow at NRDC, focusing on China's public financing of overseas energy infrastructure. While in Beijing, Noah also co-founded and hosted Environment China, a bilingual Chinese environmental affairs podcast.

At Yale, Noah has served as a Kerry Fellow, assisting former Secretary John Kerry with his climate policy initiatives. Noah also volunteers on the board of Solar Youth, a New Haven-based organization that empowers youth through environmental educational initiatives.

Noah graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College with a B.A. in Biology and East Asian Studies. He speaks Mandarin, and enjoys whitewater canoeing.
