Neha Singh
Neha currently works on Growth Strategy at Freshpet, a fresh pet food manufacturer. Post SOM, she joined McKinsey in New York as a management consultant where she served Fortune 500 companies and public/social sector organizations on strategy, operations, and sustainability.
Neha obtained her MBA at the Yale School of Management. While at Yale, she was involved with CBEY as a GreenLight Workshop Lead where she developed and led ideation workshops at the intersection of business and the environment. In addition to corporate sustainability, she is interested in the intersection of women & climate and attended COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland where she attended lectures and discussions on this topic. At SOM, she also served as a leader for the Business & Environment Club and as a Nonprofit Board Fellow at Solar Youth.
Prior to Yale, she worked in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As a consultant at EY, she worked primarily on performance improvement projects. While on a Fulbright Fellowship in Paris, Neha taught 200 French high school students American politics and culture and also conducted research on refugee entrepreneurs. At Girl Scouts, she led cookie strategy and sustainability initiatives, including pioneering the first sustainability strategy for the Girl Scouts Distribution Center and establishing partnerships with NGOs. Working across sectors and industries taught her that tackling societal issues, such as climate change and gender parity, requires collaboration across sectors.
