Neha is an MBA Candidate at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, she worked in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As a consultant at EY, she worked primarily on performance improvement projects while also organizing events for the Professional Women’s Network. While on a Fulbright Fellowship in Paris, Neha taught 200 French high school students American politics and culture and also conducted research on refugee entrepreneurs. At Girl Scouts, she led cookie strategy and sustainability initiatives, including pioneering the first sustainability strategy for the Girl Scouts Distribution Center (focused on plastic and energy reduction) and establishing partnerships with NGOs. Working across sectors and industries taught her that tackling societal issues, such as climate change and gender parity, requires collaboration across sectors. She is excited to serve as a Greenlight Workshop Leader, at the intersection of business and the environment. At SOM, Neha is also a leader for the Business & Environment Club.

Originally from Vermont, she graduated from Bentley University with majors in Economics-Finance & Quantitative Perspectives. In her free time, Neha enjoys travelling, yoga, and exploring NYC’s restaurant scene.
