Nataliia Nevinchana

Nataliia Nevinchana is a joint degree candidate at Yale University, pursuing an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management. With a strong foundation in sustainability and business strategy, she aims to help companies integrate sustainability into their business models, creating long-term value and environmental impact. Previously, Nataliia worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, where she developed expertise in market analysis, sustainability strategies, stakeholder management and competitor research.

Nataliia also founded and led an education access nonprofit DecidEd for 4 years back home in Ukraine. Nataliia led a team of volunteers and developed a platform that reached over 40,000 website visits. This experience honed her leadership and entrepreneurial skills, fostering a passion for creating impact-driven ventures.
