Michael Sesko is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Frontier Farmland, a farmland investment and management company focused on accelerating the next generation of farm management. Previously, he was Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at The Climate Corporation, a company that aims to help all the world's farmers sustainably increase their productivity with digital tools. Prior to joining Climate, Michael led Environmental Strategy at Woolf Farming & Processing, a diversified and integrated grower/processor in the Central Valley of California. Previously, Michael co-founded Encendia Biochar, a company that developed carbon-based soil amendments for the horticulture market. He began his career in equity research covering the Food sector for Prudential Equity Group and JPMorgan. Michael has a B.A. in Economics from Colby College, an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a Masters in Environmental Management (M.E.M.) from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
