Mark D. Zimring is Director, Indo-Pacific Tuna Program at The Nature Conservancy. He is the lead author of the SEE Action report;"Financing Energy Efficiency Improvement on Utility Bills: Market Updates and Key Program Design Considerations for Policymakers and Administrators". Mark was Program Manager in the Electricity Markets and Policy (EMP) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. In this role, he performed research, analysis, and provided technical assistance to utility commissions, state and local governments on energy efficiency and renewable energy, including policy, program design, and financing. Prior to joining LBNL, Mark spent eight years working in finance at Deutsche Bank.
