Margaret "Emmie" Oliver

Emmie is currently a Masters of Environmental Management candidate at the Yale School of the Environment, where she specializes in water resource science. Emmie Oliver is also an analyst for the Natural Infrastructure Initiative WRI, where she focuses on nature-based Solutions for climate change adaptation. In this work, she has partnered with multilateral finance institutions on crafting strategy for increased adoption of nature-based solutions in the water and urban development sectors.

Prior to Yale, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer focusing on agroforestry in Paraguay. She also has interned for the World Wildlife Fund and the Nature Conservancy. Emmie holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Sewanee: the University of the South.
