Marcus Mauney

Marcus graduated an Environmental and African American Studies double major from Gastonia, North Carolina. He plays Defensive Line for the varsity football team at Yale and was a part of the 2019Ivy League Championship team. His academic interests point to the intersectionality between environmental and social justice. Outside of sports and school, Marcus was involved in the Bulldog Sustainability group, which is a group of student-athletes dedicated to creating a more sustainable campus. In his free time, he enjoys watching anime, working out, and hanging with friends.
