Lydia Jackson

Lydia is a joint MBA and Master of Environmental Management candidate, with a focus on technology and how corporations make decisions about sustainability. She is interested in the overlap of these worlds, and ultimately plans to work to encourage long-term corporate sustainability by easing the tracking and understanding of ROI in sustainable actions.

Prior to Yale, Lydia worked at Zignal Labs, a San Francisco-based media intelligence startup, growing the company from 10 to 100 employees over 7 years. She loves building employee efficiency and community, ending her tenure at Zignal as the Director of Business Operations (and head of the Department of Fun). Before Zignal, Lydia taught in Taiwan on a Fulbright grant. Lydia grew up in Texas and has a BA in East Asian Studies from Carleton College.
