Logan Yonavjak

I am a financial services professional, social entrepreneur, author, and angel investor with a focus on alternative investments in agriculture and forestry. I'm incredibly passionate about building businesses and guiding capital in ways that replenish, restore, and sustain our social, environmental, and economic systems to advance a more holistic future for all. Prior to IFC, I co-founded a sell-side advisory firm called Provenance Capital Group which focuses on food and agriculture. Prior to PCG, I worked as a consultant with a variety of clients, primarily focused on working lands investments. I have also held positions with the World Resources Institute, Morgan Stanley, the Yale Investments Office, and CREO Syndicate.

My work in financial services has primarily involved connecting HNW individuals and other investors to impact-focused direct deals and funds. I have also developed new financial models and tools, particularly focused on land conservation and restoration, and have written extensively about how to invest for people, planet, and profit. I also advise a variety of impact-oriented startups, on both raising capital and reporting impact metrics, and have been a mentor for a variety of incubators and accelerators, including FS6 and Village Capital.
