Lindsey Weilminster

Lindsey is pursuing her MBA at the Yale School of Management, with a focus on climate innovation. Prior to Yale, Lindsey pursued a career at the intersection of business strategy and technology - first at Deloitte Consulting, then at Google. At Deloitte, she worked as a strategy consultant across the federal government, international aid organizations, and Deloitte's Global Firms. At Google, she led strategy and operations for the Specialty Retail Sales Team and Google Play Customer Support, analyzing businesses based on key performance indicators and delivering revenue-generating growth strategies. She also contributed to Google’s climate initiatives, enhancing user engagement Google's recycling features and advising climate startups through Google’s Startups for Sustainable Development program.
At CBEY, Lindsey is a Research Assistant for the Competitive Landscape in Climate Tech, where she works with early-stage climate startups, who have received CBEY grants, to advance the ventures towards commercialization. More broadly at Yale, Lindsey is a member of the Climate Deal Team on Yale's student-run Meng Impact Investment Fund, as well as a 1Y Lead within SOM's Business & Environment Club. Lindsey is a Consortium Fellow, a Forté Fellow, and Yale SOM Dean's Scholar. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management.
