Leah Towery

Leah is an MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management passionate about the clean energy transition and the advancement of nuclear energy technology. She holds a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA, where she concentrated in Organizational Psychology.

Before Yale, Leah worked as an HR Business Partner at Amazon and later as an HR Consultant with Skillcloud Consulting Group. She is drawn to the intersection of emerging energy technologies and the talent management and organizational strategies needed to scale them.

Leah has also been committed to community-based environmental stewardship through climbing organizations, including the Southeastern Climbers Coalition, the Ladies Climbing Coalition, and the UCLA Climbing Team.
