Kristen Wraithwall is a Master of Environmental Management Candidate at the Yale School of the Environment focused on urbanization, land use change, and food systems. At CBEY, Kristen is the co-Leader of the Corporate Water Risk and Strategy Workshop Series as well as a Teaching Fellow for the Financing and Deploying Clean Energy certificate program's Innovation course.

While at YSE, Kristen has served as a Research Associate and Case Writer for the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy as well as a Consultant for the State of Massachusetts Healthy Soils Action Plan.

Prior to Yale, Kristen managed CivicSpark, a California Governor’s Initiative AmeriCorps program dedicated to building capacity for local governments to address community resilience issues such as climate change, water resource management, and access to opportunity. She also worked as a Policy and Government Affairs Fellow at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, focusing on water, energy, and workforce development policy.

Kristen holds a B.A in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, playing music, and building upcycled furniture at MakeHaven.
