Kristen Tam

Kristen Tam is a Master of Environmental Management candidate specializing in Business and Environment, sustainable supply chains, and regenerative agriculture. Previously worked in many parts of the regenerative agriculture supply chain before coming to Yale including: farming on a small organic coffee farm on the Big Island of Hawaii, conducting Integrated Pest Management research funded by NSF in Nebraska, policy research at House of Representatives Committe on Agriculture,  climate journalism at a sustainable livestock research institute, and most recently worked with a Fortune 500 Grocer on Responsible Sorucing and Regenerative Agriculture reserach. 

She is working on the intersection between supply chain, regenerative agriculture, and GHG emission reductions by focusing on investing in sustainable farming practices. She is a keen problem-solver and cross-cultural community builder.
